The practical terms for using Figure Ledger as a personal shelf.
Personal collection use
Figure Ledger is a personal collection-organization tool from Clueless Creations LLC. It lets you search or scan, save records on your shelf, and find them again. You can keep that shelf with no account.
You are responsible for the names, notes, locations, and photos you add, and you must have the right to use them. Do not use Figure Ledger to violate the law, infringe rights, or present a record as an authentication, a grade, or proof of ownership.
Catalog metadata can be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or wrong. The bundled catalog is a CC0 snapshot, not a complete catalog, and not a manufacturer listing. Confirm important records and use manual entry when the catalog has no match. Brand and character names identify products. Their use does not imply endorsement.
The store handles payment and refunds
Figure Ledger Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold by the App Store or Google Play, unless the store purchase screen states otherwise. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. The store shows the price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal, taxes, and payment details before purchase. Figure Ledger does not set that price.
Manage cancellation and refunds through the store where you bought Pro. Deleting a Figure Ledger account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel Pro in the subscription settings for that store.
No marketplace between collectors
Figure Ledger is not a marketplace. Collectors do not list figures for sale, and the app does not take payment between collectors. There is no checkout between people.
Figure Ledger does not appraise, authenticate, grade, insure, or guarantee a collection. It does not estimate what a figure is worth.
Data and availability
Device loss, operating-system behavior, app removal, or storage failure can remove local data. Figure Ledger offers a JSON export you choose to save. Exported backups exclude photos. The app does not promise automatic recovery of a device that you no longer have.
