The practical terms for using Figure Ledger.
Service
Figure Ledger is a personal collection-organization tool from Clueless Creations LLC. It lets you create, edit, search, back up, and delete local action-figure records, use an open catalog to speed up entry, optionally create a verified account, and optionally buy Figure Ledger Pro through the applicable app store.
Important limits
Catalog metadata can be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or wrong. Confirm important records and use manual entry when needed. Figure Ledger is not an appraisal, authentication, grading, insurance, investment, marketplace, proof-of-ownership, or inventory-guarantee service. Brand, franchise, and character names identify products; their use does not imply endorsement.
Your content and acceptable use
You are responsible for the names, notes, locations, and photos you add and must have the right to use them. Local collection content is not transmitted to Clueless Creations LLC in this release. Do not use Figure Ledger to violate law, infringe rights, bypass security, distribute harmful content, or misrepresent records as authenticated valuations or ownership certificates.
Subscriptions
Figure Ledger Pro is an auto-renewing subscription unless the store purchase screen states otherwise. The applicable store shows the price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal, taxes, and payment details before purchase. Manage cancellation and refunds through the store. Deleting a Figure Ledger account does not cancel a store subscription.
Data and availability
Device loss, operating-system behavior, app removal, or storage failure can cause local-data loss. Figure Ledger offers a user-controlled JSON export, but does not promise cloud backup or automatic recovery. Exported backups are unencrypted and exclude photos. The Catalog Photo Studio is a labeled preview and does not deliver remote AI output in this release.
