Email supportEmail the issue, device model, Android version, and the step that failed. Do not attach a private backup unless a safe transfer method is agreed first.
How do I move my records?
Open Data & backup, export a JSON backup, save it somewhere private, then choose that file on the other installation. Merge is the safer default; replacement removes the current local collection first.
Can I import a spreadsheet?
Yes. Choose a UTF-8 CSV with a name column. The app previews the rows and copy count before writing anything, and exact matches add to quantity.
Are photos included in backups?
No. Portable JSON backups exclude photos and device-local photo paths. Keep original images separately.
How do I delete everything?
Open Data & backup and choose Erase all records to remove the active local collection. To delete a verified account, open Collector settings, choose Account, then Delete account. Cancel any store subscription separately.
What if the catalog is missing a figure?
Add it manually and keep collecting. You can still save its maker, line, year, condition, location, photos, and notes.
