Delete your Figure Ledger account

You can start account deletion inside the app without contacting support.

In the app

  1. Open Figure Ledger.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the deletion summary and confirm.

The app deletes enabled service data first, removes the verified account, erases that account's local records and app-owned photo copies, and clears the secure session. Original photos in your camera roll are not removed.

Cancel Pro separately

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Pro in the subscription settings for the store where you purchased it.

Cannot access the app?

Email eduardo@clueless-creations.com from the address used for the account. Do not attach collection backups or photos.
