Data deletion

Delete your data

Erase the collection on this device with no account. If you created an optional account, you can delete that too. Figure Ledger does not publish a phone number.

Erase the local collection in Data and backup

This works with no account. You do not need to sign in.

  1. Open Figure Ledger.
  2. Open Data & backup.
  3. Choose Erase all records.
  4. Confirm. Every figure record and app-owned photo on this device is removed.

Export a backup first if you may need the records later. Photos in your camera roll are not removed. This cannot be undone.

Delete an optional account from Account

Skip this section if you never signed in. The shelf does not require an account.

  1. Open Figure Ledger.
  2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Read the summary and confirm.

Account deletion removes the verified account, its connected-service records, and that account's local collection and app-owned photos on this device. Store purchase records may remain where the store must keep them. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel Pro in the subscription settings for the store where you bought it.

Email if you cannot open the app

Email eduardo@clueless-creations.com from the address used for the account. Say that you want the account deleted. Do not attach collection backups or photos.

If the collection never left the device, erasing it in Data & backup, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app removes it. We cannot retrieve records stored only on your device. Questions are on the support page. The privacy summary is on the privacy page.
